About the Property

• 3600 square foot house with ocean front access with 2 miles of pristine beach. The house is situated on over 3 acres of prime beach front land, 25 minutes north of downtown Cabo. The house has an ideal layout for maximizing your family vacation. Relax in the infinity edge pool while enjoying the view of the Pacific Ocean just steps away. The pool area is a great spot to sip on a cool cocktail while basking in the wonderful Los Cabos sun. Fire up the grill for a delectable meal while gazing out at the sparkling ocean or watching whales breach the surface. A walk up to the third level rooftop terrace results in spectacular panoramic 360° views and the ideal spot for star gazing at night - one of the most amazing light shows you'll ever see!
• Five endangered turtle species call the beach in front of the house, home…these include Hawksbill, Loggerhead, Leatherback, Green Turtle and Olive Ridley. The breeding season is from September to March. Local foundations located on our beach help in making sure the little ones get back to sea after hatching…an amazing thing to experience. Carisuva is a conservation adjacent to our property where you can be a part of the turtle release!
• If you’re looking for great fishing you only need to walk out front and enjoy one of the hottest shore fishing spots in Baja. You’ll see dozens of fishing boats arrive out front every morning from the marina to fish our area called the “Corkscrew” named after our spiral staircase to the beach. Sierra Mackerel, Roosterfish, Jack Crevalle and even some Yellowfin Tuna and Dorado are always lurking.
• Inside, Cabo Whale House is nicely decorated and furnished with all of the comforts of home. Terracotta tile and soft hues of tan, white and Cherokee red are found throughout the home. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining and living areas, creating the perfect place for entertaining and viewing the blue Pacific Ocean. These comfortable bedrooms in the main casa provide privacy and ample space for guests to retire for a night of rest, relaxation and the constant sound of surf. There are two guest bedrooms and a lower level master suite in the main house, in addition to a new upper master suite with extensive balcony on level two.

There is a master suite on the main floor which includes a private bathroom. On the second floor, the new master suite has amazing views and you can sleep to the sound of the crashing surf.



Additional features include a gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, fully operational laundry room and all the comforts of home.
